Taxes
- 13% Total tax charged to your room rate
- 7% State sales tax
- 6% County occupancy tax
Resort Fees
- No resort fee ever at Ocean Sky Hotel and Resort.
- Pool deck chairs are free to our registered guests.
- Beach towels are provided to registered guests and guests’ registered visitors.
Parking
Parking options, either valet or self parking carries a daily charge $25/day.
- Valet parking will park & retrieve your vehicle for your convenience.
- Self parking gives you the flexibility to park on your own at the parking lot across the street.
Transportation
- We do not offer complimentary transportation services.
- Transportation services provided by A & B Transportation Company.

Ocean Sky Hotel and Resort Additional Services
- Early check-in charges: $50.00
- Late check-out charges:
- 2pm: $60 plus taxes
- 4pm: $100 plus taxes
- A surcharge may apply for guests visiting registered guests. Rates vary by season and holidays

Deposits & Additional Charges
- Ocean Sky Hotel and Resort requires a security deposit equal to $50/night/room, refundable depending on room conditions and/or infraction to the resort rules.
- Ocean Sky Hotel and Resort enforces a different rate for security deposit during spring break of $300/stay.
- Ocean Sky Hotel and Resort is a non-smoking environment and adheres to the state of Florida law. The usage of medical marijuana is similar to the usage of cigarettes, with it not being allowed 1000 feet near a school, youth center, a moving vehicle, or any other place where smoking is banned. Since the law prohibits smoking in public areas.
- $250 penalty will be assessed upon infraction and we could ask guests to leave the property.
- No pets allowed.
Public Access
- We ask & provide all registered guests & guests’ visitors a colored wrist band for safety & security while visiting.
- If guests’ visitors are not registered at front desk, we reserve the right remove the visitor(s).
Pool Deck Restrictions
- No outside food and/or drinks allowed on pool deck, neither are coolers, and/or glass containers.
- Must wear headphones or ear pods, music is not allowed over open speakers other than the hotel P.A. System or by performing musicians with previous management consent.
Security agents will enforce all hotel rules & regulations.
